The Beth Israel Deaconess - Plymouth Anticoagulation Clinic has been established to provide patients on anticoagulation therapy with:

• Ease in scheduling visits
• Comfortable fingerstick blood draws
• Immediate test results
• Immediate Warfarin dosing adjustment according to test results
• Written Warfarin dosing schedule
• Answers to questions regarding anticoagulation therapy
• Physician supervised
• Free available parking

Your treatment will be monitored through your physician referral to the clinic.  Registered nurses who specialize in anticoagulation education will be working with your physician to manage your anticoagulation:
